Terms of Service

Last updated September 4, 2026

These are the terms for using LeagueMind. They are short because the deal is simple: you run your league, we keep the scheduler working, and your data stays yours.

The service

LeagueMind builds and publishes game schedules and tournament brackets for youth baseball and softball leagues. Scheduling is free while we grow. If we ever introduce paid features, we will say so clearly before charging anyone, and nothing you already use will be taken away without notice.

Your account

You need to be an adult to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password private and for what happens under your account. If you invite other volunteers into your league, you are responsible for choosing appropriate roles for them.

Your data

Everything you enter about your league, teams, players, and families belongs to you or to the people it describes. You give us permission to store it and show it to the people your roles allow, and to publish the parts you choose to publish. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter the information you enter, especially details about children.

Acceptable use

  • Use LeagueMind for running youth sports leagues and events, not for anything unlawful.
  • Do not try to access another league's data or interfere with the service.
  • Do not use automated tools to scrape public pages at a rate that affects other leagues.

What we promise, and what we cannot

We work hard to keep LeagueMind accurate and available, and we fix problems quickly when a league reports them. Even so, the service is provided as is. Generated schedules should be reviewed by a person before they are published, and LeagueMind is not liable for games, fields, or seasons affected by a scheduling error, an outage, or a lost connection. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us, which today is nothing.

Ending things

You can stop using LeagueMind at any time and ask us to delete your league. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms. If we ever shut the service down, league owners will get advance notice and a way to export their schedules.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top is the last revision, and meaningful changes will be emailed to league owners first. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. Questions go to hello@leaguemind.ai.
