Privacy Policy

LeagueMind stores what a league needs to run a season and nothing else. This page says what that is, who can see it, and how to get it removed.
What we collect
Accounts. When a league volunteer signs up we store an email address, a name, and a password. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never visible to us.
League data. League administrators enter their league, seasons, divisions, fields, time slots, and teams. Team records can include a coach's name, email address, and phone number.
Player and parent data. Leagues that use rosters or registration enter player first and last names, and can add a date of birth, a jersey number, a skill rating, and a parent or guardian's name, email address, and phone number. Parents who register a child directly provide the same details, plus a shirt size and any notes they choose to add. Children never create accounts or enter data themselves.
Usage data. Page views and performance timings through Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights (no cookies, no cross-site tracking), error reports through Sentry with personal details stripped, and a count of schedule assistant requests per league.
How we use it
- To generate, edit, and publish your league's schedule.
- To let coaches and parents see the schedule and rosters they are entitled to see.
- To send invitations, registration confirmations, and replies to your feedback.
- To find and fix errors and keep the site fast.
We do not sell data, run advertising, or share personal information with anyone for their own marketing.
Who can see what
Public schedule pages show team names, game dates, times, fields, scores, and tournament brackets. They never show player last names, ratings, dates of birth, or parent or coach contact details. Public draft boards show a player's first name and last initial only.
Inside the app, access follows roles. League owners and administrators see their own league. Coaches see their own team's roster and contacts. Parents see their own children. These rules are enforced by the database, not just by the screens.
Services we rely on
- Supabase, which hosts the database and handles sign-in.
- Vercel, which hosts the site and provides analytics and performance monitoring.
- Resend, which delivers invitation and notification emails.
- Sentry, which receives error reports with personal details stripped.
- Anthropic, which powers the optional schedule assistant. Assistant requests include your season's schedule data such as teams, fields, dates, and games, and never include player or parent records.
Children
LeagueMind is used by adult volunteers and parents. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 directly. Player details are entered by a league administrator or by a parent or guardian, who can ask for them to be corrected or deleted at any time.
Cookies
We set the cookies needed to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping and deleting data
League data stays as long as the league keeps its account, so past seasons remain available for reference and for copying into the next season. A league owner can delete players, teams, and seasons inside the app. To close an account or remove a league entirely, or if you are a parent who wants your child's details removed, email hello@leaguemind.ai and we will do it promptly.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, league owners will hear about it by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top of this page is the last revision.
